• Final inspection of complete fabric filters, electrostatic precipitator components.
• Final inspection of pollution control equipment, inlet & outlet dampers, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, electrodes, air sluice, slide gates, anvil units.
• In process inspection.
• Raw material inspection.
• Non destructive testing.
• Establishment of fabrication procedures to increase production without compromising quality.
• Complete expediting from start to end of project to meet the delivery schedule as being single point contact for both FlSmidth & supplier.
• Co-operating with client during client inspection.
• Responsible for delivery of quality products to client without deviation in due date to meet their project schedule.
